Thiamin (B1) 1,000 mg
L-Theanine (Suntheanine® Brand) 800 mg
Lecithin (from soy) 100 mg

Inactive Ingredients: apple flavor, dried molasses.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Give 1 tablet per day. In acute situations: Give 1 tablet in AM and 1 tablet in PM for 3-4 days, then reduce to 1 tablet daily.
