Electrolytes are an extremely important factor in regulating muscle function, maintaining fluid balance, and metabolism. Deficiencies can result in muscle fatigue and dysfunction. During strenuous activity or exercise, the horse’s body temperature, pH, osmolarity and energy levels must be maintained. Electro-Balance™ EQ Pellets contains isotonic minerals. An isotonic supplement provides the proper concentration of mineral in the same balance as those found within cell membranes. This is important for maintaining osmotic pressure, fluid balance and proper PH during exercise or physical stress. Recommended for horses in training, performance horses, during exercise or for horses under stress.

Ingredients:
Alfalfa meal, wheat germ meal, wheat bran, slat, molasses, dextrose, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, mono sodium phosphate, glycine, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, dried lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried enterococcus faecium fermentation product, dried bifidobacterium thermophilium fermentation product, dried bifidobacterium longum fermentation product. A Vtiamin E Complex (0.08%) is added as a preservative.

Feeding Directions:
Light Training: 1 scoop daily.
Moderate Training: 1 scoop, twice daily.
Heavy Training or Other Intense Conditions: Up to 3 scoops daily.
